John Olivo is a Certified Landscape Architect in New Jersey and began practicing Landscape Architecture in the year 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Cook College of Rutgers University. He has spent time abroad in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Italy.

John has a deep interest in sustainable building and design and looks to incorporate those techniques into his projects when possible. He has been recognized by the United States Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP). John hopes that the innovations in sustainable design will push development into closer balance with the natural environment and looks forward to collaborating with clients and professionals to achieve these goals.

His varied work experience has allowed him to broaden his knowledge of construction and landscape construction which is invaluable when collaborating with contractors and allied professionals in the field.
